Our Lung Health tincture is specially formulated to strengthen the lungs, improve breathing capacity, and assist with chronic lung conditions. Our formula works as an expectorant to promote the discharge of mucus and a demulcent to soothe and protect mucous membranes in the respiratory tract. 
 
INGREDIENTS: Organic Mullein, Rosemary, Thyme, Peppermint, 100% Pure Grain alcohol.
 
DOSAGE: Take one dropper full, under the tongue, or in a small amount of water 1-3 times 
per day.
 
STORAGE: When kept in a cool dark place, tinctures have a shelf life of 5 years.
